Please note:

  • Exchanges are only available for orders within Singapore.

  • Only online purchases are eligible for return. In-store purchases cannot be returned and refunded.

  • For international orders, exchanges are not allowed, but returns are accepted.

All exchange or return requests must meet the following conditions:

  • All returned items must be in brand new, original condition with the original packaging, tags, and invoice.

  • Items showing any signs of wear will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • PAZZION reserves the right to inspect all returned items to determine their condition before approving any return or exchange.

  • In the event of a dispute, PAZZION’s decision will be final.
