1. When your order arrives at the store, our retail staff will send you an SMS to notify you that the order is ready for collection.
2. You can then head to the selected store at your convenience during our operating hours.
3. Orders will be kept at the selected retail store for up to 3 days from the date of the SMS for collection.
4. If an order is not collected within 3 days from the SMS date, it will be returned to the office. Our customer service team will contact you to arrange delivery via courier.
